Individualized Education Program (IEP) Design Through the Lens of Implicit Bias
This webinar will review the concept of implicit bias and the ways in which it is often enacted throughout the writing and implementation of IEPs. We will examine the roots of these biases and review strategies for recognizing and interrupting their interference in our development of equitable individualized educational programs.
